If you have been hungry for something more on your yoga path (and maybe you like to read), then I am delighted to invite you to The Reading Yogi Book Club. Every year we will commit to reading four books that help cultivate and develop a deeper yoga practice both on and off the mat. The meetings are once a month, which gives you plenty of time to read and apply the teachings.
This Book Club is designed to engage you in a community of seekers. As you continue on your own path, it is my hope that this experience gives you the space, ease, comfort, and inspiration to keep you humble yet bold, thirsty yet satisfied, and resolute yet soft.
