Coming Soon: Sadhaka & Sadhana — Seeking Something More

About this Workshop

Being a sadhaka (spiritual seeker) is amplified by our ability to cultivate and engage with a sadhana (daily spiritual practice). Sometimes, though, it is hard to find the place to start, especially if we don’t take the time to discern what we need and how to implement it. A sadhana is not one-size-fits-all, which makes it all the more important for us to step onto this path with care, intention, and commitment. Bring your favorite notebook or journal.

In this two-hour workshop, you can expect…

  • a review of yoga philosophy, including dharmasadhana, and a an exploration of some of Patanjali’s yoga sutras
  • a review of some rituals, practices, or routines you might begin to incorporate into your daily sadhana
  • pranayam (breath) practice, meditation, and a fluid, gentle asana (physical) practice
  • an opportunity to create a daily sadhana practice that is unique and significant for you
